Happy Birthday Brac!!

Our Baby Brac Turned 2 yesterday. Its hard to believe...time just goes by so fast. We are so proud of him and I wanted to share a few photos from his two year old session. He's a little farmer, like his daddy and big brother, so we chose an old barn for his session. My husband and I both loved this old barn and it just happened to be my sister-in-law's best friend...small world.

I have other sessions that I will be posting in the next week. I have been very busy and just never seem to get around to blogging. I will post all of the sessions that I've done in the past two or so weeks, at least all of the ones that haven't been removed and archived.

I would like to thank all of my customers! Thanks so much for the referrals and your patience as this school year has come to an end. It seems like the beginning and the end of school just gets a little hectic. As most of you know, my energy may be a little low as well! We are expecting baby boy #3.

Seniors 2010

Calling all 2010 Seniors....If you would be interested in joining the BDP Crew please email me and I will share all details with you. I will be choosing 1 senior from each county school. You will have a mini session in early spring for FREE and share these images with your classmates. For each senior that schedules and mentions that you sent them, you will receive free prints. You really have nothing to lose. If later you choose to have a full session, you will receive half off my regular session fee. I am looking for individuals, male or female, who are outgoing, enjoys being photographed, and are comfortable showing these images to your classmates. You will also be asked to hand out marketing materials. Again, just email me if you are interested or have any questions.

It's COLD out!!

OK, maybe not that cold but we can pretend. I have purchased some adorable knit hats and scarves and will have tutus to match. Call if you would like to schedule a session. In February, I will be doing vintage angels. I have the most beautiful, fluffy wings that I've seen. You will love the backdrop!! Call me for further details.

I would also like to share a recent session. This session was WAY too easy. Little Miss Emma Grace is an ANGEL and she is so much fun to photograph. This is my second session with Emma and I look forward to seeing her again for Santa. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, the first one.

Senior

Baby Boy!

I guess I should also post a couple from Mom and Dad's first session with me. This was only 1 or 2 weeks prior to the newborn session.

Baby Jade

Yes, this little angel is simply stunning. She is just so precious and I can't wait until I see her again. If you can't tell, she is a petite little thing, just like her Mommy. Her Mom and I have been great friends for a very long time and I love her dearly. Just as I also love sweet baby Jade. LaTonya and Brad, I wish you all the best!





Ive been doing so many seniors lately, I had almost forgotten how fun it is to photograph these little ones. And what an important age to capture. It just goes by so quickly. I am working on some baby plans and encourage everyone to have professional portraits made of your little one within the first 7 days of life. I have another little bundle of joy to share but I want Little Miss Jade to be in the spotlight for a couple of days.

Santa Update-I returned a couple of calls tonight to schedule appointments and am also returning emails. This is just the session fee and no prints are included in this price.

What a fun session. This client was so pleasant to photograph and had an ultra sweet Mom with her! She was a senior from last year and was a little overdue for some senior portraits. Well, I think they were worth the wait. We had a great session and she has some awesome senior portraits. Thanks girls!!

Senior '09

Update

Sorry I haven't posted in a while but things have been busy for me lately. It seems like between teaching and my photography business, I can't hardly get caught up. (that and the two little boys that you may hear during your session) I've also had a fair exhibit this week and that has taken me additional time to prepare my booth. I had a prize drawing for a 16x20 and other prizes and I'll let you know tomorrow the winners of the drawing. I've enjoyed reading all of the entries because I had little notes from old friends and clients. Thanks to all of you who visited my booth and I apologize that I wasn't there very much. I was at the fair a lot, but you would probably have better luck finding me at the little dragon roller coaster in front of the exhibit building. We took the kids twice and they had a ball, especially Lane.

SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN!!

Santa....yes, yes, I have finally booked Santa! Listen, this Santa is coming straight from the North Pole. He is absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to share some pictures of him. I'm waiting on a CD that he is mailing to me. I could only get him for one day, so sessions will definitely be limited. If you would like to be put on the waiting list, either comment on this blog or shoot me an email. I will be calling you to set up appointments next week. Due to the nature of these sessions, I am requiring payment to be made at the time sessions are booked. I will have 2 or 3 packages to choose from and will post more details soon. Sessions will be 30 minutes and will be
November 26. This is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

Sweet baby girl. This dress was made by her grandma from the train of her mom's wedding dress. She commented on my talent with the portraits but I would say that she is also very talented. I'm looking forward to seeing this family again real soon.
